morning ride

Rode the Hunter FixieMonsterCross for 20 miles on the road today - not the length I wanted to do, but I did get to see the sun rise, a Great Egret fishing in a marsh, and rode some easy but fun singletrack.  Not a bad way to start my 41st year on this planet.  Hangin' with the kids and going to see the Cleveland/Seattle game tonight with the wife to finish off my birthday.

lull again

Not much to report, when the words don't want to come out of your fingers, and things haven't been really exciting, blogging doesn't happen.

Been out on a few short (2 hour or less) bike rides, but nothing major. mc still not here, haven't heard when it will come. Stumpy turned in, so no more geared/coasting mountain bike trips for a while. FixieMonsterCross is it for right now.

Getting set for the Great Allegheny Passage in 6 weeks time, bike getting built up, new panniers on their way, I actually have started a post about it, just waiting to get some pictures taken.

All in all, boring as heck around here. Hope it doesn't take another month to write a post.....
